In 1992, Tri-State Drywall, Inc. contracted with Corporate Development
Services, Inc. to develop a Quality Management Program within the
company. The following mission statement was derived by our employees:
"The Tri-State Drywall Team is driven by complete customer satisfaction,
to be the leader of quality in our industry. This goal is attained
through the progressive and cooperative participation of our employees,
suppliers, and clients. We are committed to be the best we can be."

| Quality is defined by completing a project on time, within budget and
to the satisfaction of the customer. Tri-State Drywall is constantly
monitoring these three areas to improve the quality of its services.
Since repeat business constitutes 90% of our workload, "Customer
Satisfaction is Always Our Number One Priority."
Various committees, made up of employees, with input from our
suppliers and clients, have produced subtle and radial changes that
transformed Tri-State into a more refined, efficient operation. A time
card that was simple to fill out yet included all information necessary
for job costing was one committee’s contribution.
|
Other committees resolved issues with job site clean up, piece work, and on the job training. Monumental changes were called for by our safety Committee and with 100% backing from the owners we were able to implement all their suggestions and more.
All these committees had one goal in mind: to make Tri-State the drywall subcontractor of choice.
