| We furnish and install a complete insulation scope including thermal
and sound insulations as well as slab edge and head of wall
firestopping. In addition to standard batt, blanket and semi-rigid
insulations we also have experience with exposed duct liner in
mechanical room baffle wall air-transfer partitions.
Projects with exposed semi-rigid under slab insulation range from
individual mechanical rooms to large underground parking garages.
Projects with special sound control requirements include army radio
studios and television production studio for Black Entertainment
Television and WUSA-TV9.

| Drywall projects range from small tenants with a few dozen sheets up
to large projects exceeding 1 million square feet of drywall.
Besides
the standard regular, moisture resistant, and firecode drywall
installations, notable projects include impact and above resistant
drywall at schools and automobile dealerships as well as predecorated
drywall added to an existing computer room which was fully operational
during the remodeling period.
As long term relationship with our drywall supplier ensures a steady supply of drywall, even in difficult markets.

| Our highly skilled drywall finishers have completed projects of all
sizes and degrees of complexity including level 5 finishes custom
textures.
Their attention to detail provides a finished
space which reflects well upon the general contractor & architect
in addition to the benefits provided to the end user. All
finishing, as well as all other framing, drywall, and acoustical work,
is dime by our own employees to provide supervised, safe, high quality
workmanship.

licensed engineer to ensure a project that is both cost effective and
structurally safe.
Previous projects include infill and
load-bearing stud wall framing as well as floor joists and intricate
truss and mansard roof framing systems.

| Interior metal framing projects range from small standard tenant office
fit-out to complete building framing packages including core and high
end tenant. Some of the more intricate framing projects we have
completed include large churches, nightclubs and restaurants, corporate
headquarters, and auditoriums. Long-term relationships built over years
of business between Tri-State Drywall, Inc., and our supplier ensure a reliable supply of material for large projects such as schools,
hospitals, and assisted living facilities.

Our experience with specialty materials includes a variety of interior
and exterior products including Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum and
Cement (GFRG, GFRC), aluminum columns, coves, and reveals, fabric
covered acoustical wall panels, and custom metal ceiling systems. We also have extensive experience in high security construction for
public and private projects including expanded metal security mesh and
radiant foil barriers.
Sound-sensitive projects such as
television studios have included ceiling isolation hangers and
partition isolation devises and construction methods.
