| General Contractor: CORPORATE EXECUTIVE BOARD Arlington, VA This 24 floor interior build-out for the
Corporate Executive Board was the largest private sector lease
transaction in the Washington area as of 2008. One challenge of this
project was putting in place such a large amount of material over
1,000,000 sq. ft. of drywall and 300,000 sq. ft. of acoustical ceiling
finishes. In a limited time frame, while maintaining proper
sequencing.
Tri-State worked seamlessly within the project team
and met every challenge while 24 floors were under construction
concurrently. Restricted access to floors and coordination of manpower
also added difficulty. Successful techniques included numerous foreman
and trade meetings, individual action items lists, trade look-ahead
schedules and an inspection log including milestone dates.
